Hello, I am Lyn!
I am registered with the National Phlebotomists Register, Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and Institute of Biomedical Scientists (IBMS). I have enhance DBS certificate and fully insured.
I have over 25 years of combined experience in private and government hospitals, abroad and in the NHS.
As an experienced Biomedical Scientist, I frequently encounter problems with blood samples. This can include samples being rejected because of improper blood collection, leading to haemolysis (ruptured red blood cells), clotted due to improper mixing with anticoagulant and samples under-filled, overfilled or mislabelled.
Being an expert in my field, I have all the knowledge and expertise on how to avoid these problems. Over the years, this has prompted me to start Clwyd Blood Collection.

I am a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Registry. I also hold a Diploma in Phlebotomy and am a proud member of the National Phelbotomist Register. I am passionate about providing high-quality care to patients.
